At Lalonde Family Farm, all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed or delivered.

We take great pride in the quality of our pork and stand behind everything we raise. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the email or phone number listed on our Contact page. We will review each situation individually and do our best to make it right.
